I'm looking for someone to add my team that has great referrals and are investor friendly.

The biggest is when a tenant had a SWAT team standoff and burned my home in the process. $65,000 in damage.A local family is investing millions of dollars into new student housing.

If it says something else then I hear their BS about they have 2 agents on a team and extra marketing for the listing blah,blah,blah.

Build your team, but get that first property first.

Hire/Find a local and experienced Team that will help do things when you call.

I didn't want to start with a questionable property as we don't have a lot of experience and no network/team of contractors etc.

There are several options:- Guesty + cleaning services: apparently Guesty can interact with guests and contact/manage an outside cleaning service. guest does not have their own cleaning team and is an online service only.- Superhost: same thing as guesty?

I'm not too happy with the prior project and have been looking for a better construction team.

I would need a end buyer and I wanted to team up with another wholesaler and hopefully sell for 285k.
