From what I observed on that Facebook group, rentals were in short supply and there were lots of posts with people looking for rentals there and tagging friends to let them know when one was available.

My husband and I use one shed to store extra supplies, the shed across from the bigger unit was purchased by our tenant before we bought the property, and one small unit (and shed) are recently vacant.

About the lack of 4-plexes near Boston, I don't particularly care about being in the city or even as close as Brookline/Cambridge, so the low supply there isn't as much of an issue for me.
