@Bradley RitterI will start this with a huge disclaimer that any type of arbitraging should only be done by someone with a lot of experience in the field and sufficient funds to cover the risk involved.For non performing notes, there is no way to arbitrage the note.

While you do need to take care of the air form that remains on the dome, painting is sufficient, but stucco or Dryvit would provide a longer-term resolution.The GC arranged the subs and are generally pretty reasonable.
