What is my next step.

So I would want to take it to the next step and learn everything there is regarding purchasing properties without an agent.

I have the availability of family money to pay cash for it on the court house steps.

Reinvest the profits from these flips until your seed money is tripled....then,...3 - Take the profits from continued flipping to buy cash flow properties.Repeat steps #2 and 3 until tired of making money.Important points:A - There is a special type of investment you need to do in Step #1 in order to accomplish what I wrote, and control risk.B - In step #2, I said flip the cash.

Can someone with section 8 experience share what steps I need to take to put a section 8 tenant in place?
