Most good people who are looking now, will be wanting to move in July 1. 

People's way of doing business changed. 

As things become less and less affordable we are actively seeing more people push to an hour away from a city, even into rural areas, as long as the internet speed is strong enough. 

Do you think the housing market specially in this area, will continue to grow as it has?
