After doing a bit of discovery that is something that should be apart of any deal analysis prior to RBR properties.  

To clarify, I'm not talking about one lender giving you 5.5% and the next giving you 7.5%, I mean switching lenders over something like 0.125%.

Something else to consider is your current financial position as construction/renovations requires capital.

@Lewis Finney if you need reno money, i believe the loans all have something. 

There is a much greater chance you will do something personally away form your rental to get yourself sued in which case this won’t help. 

This is something we're interested in providing for our company's employees including ourselves.

3) What are some things I should watch for in her contract?  

I think maybe our family has reached the tipping point where it's wortwhile.JThink about something very bad happening at your property (think fatality or permanent disabilities) and then ask yourself what an attorney might sue you for in that type of scenario.  

Time to roll our TN cabin into something bigger.
