If you move forward and take option two and decide to terminate the current lease, even though you are spending money on the front side and risking the possibility of vacancy for a month or two, you'd make more money on the backend with raise in rent of almost (or just about) a 50% increase?

Do you have current rentals in either of these areas or are you working more on the development side?
