Basit Siddiqi, thank you very much for all the valuable advise, im defiantly going to search this site for a new CPA, I don't think the one Im using currently has all the answers that I need.

I put it on a collapsible stand with wheels from Tool Box brand - stand is excellent for the money. 

Costco has very affordable flooring materials and one can return even if you opened boxes up....

This tenant is by far the best tenant I have had as he pays rents 100% of the time on or before the 1st, he's never had any real issues besides learning how to use the breaker box, responds to my texts immediately etc.
