I paid off my personal home in October which my daughter is hacking by having two roommates, took a small HELOC, just purchased my first rental last Tuesday for cash, light rehab is going well, plan to refi to take my cash out, pay back the small portion of the HELOC I took and go after another.

I collect rent from a roommate in the first unit and also collect rent from the second unit.
