Sorry, ment to say only problem is ability to sell until a lawsuit is resolved over interest in LLC.Interest in LLC should be contingent on performance and converted upon sale.

We resolved that issue (we thought) and were all set to close again when issue #2 arised.

Since I expect this to be resolved soon, my assumption that the right way to cover myself is to state that laundry will be provided in the lease but add an addendum indicating what the discount is in the event the laundry is unavailable for some reason.Thanks

You need to know if you are required or allowed to move and/or store the tenant belongings until the matter is resolved.  

There have been no tactics employed by me to weaken his resolve or emotional intelligence.

I can call, text & email mine anytime & he always responds very quickly.But not just for RE...My father-in-law passed away unexpectedly & my wife called our attorney on his cell phone the following Sunday as the family met.He spent 2 hours on the phone with my wife & BIL resolving some Trust doc issues.
