If suit has not been filed, revise the move-out charge form and remove all the items you listed related to dirt or damages.

Hey Everyone, Typically how long before removing a co-signer off a conventional owner occupied mortgage? 

When we are buying occupied deals and we want the tenants out we usually just put in the PA that closing is contingent upon tenants vacating and removing all possessions from the premises.  

It's since been removed, and was only active for a day, but it was listed, and the price was the the agreed on purchase option price Plus 10k (the cost of the option).  

Regular people are shut out of downtown and midtown.
