Take your time.Once you have a good agent, ask them for referrals to lenders, contractors, property managers, and inspectors. 

There are multiple opportunities to engage with other investors, whether that’s through sponsor-held property tours or referrals.

We have to pay a few dollars a day to list our properties, but it is really cheap, considering we only have to leave the ad up for 2-3 days to get the number of referrals we need to fill the units.  

As some others have said referrals.

I know I will have to take it further and narrow down the neighborhoods, but once I lock in my "where," I will look for some local agent support (will probably start with finding someone through referral or BP!)
