Realator for initial buy, random call from loan officer for better rate on refi for my monthly finances, was looking for financing to finish remodels(like an equity line of credit) but just coughed up the extra money with a new 0% interest rate credit card plus signs up bonus and then pulled the appraisal for the refinance and took a hit on the refi funding fee but still made out for my living situation and profits.

An apparent random door knock can work well   They key with those people is to let them know that you have a solution to their problem and that you are not just trying to screw them while they are down.  

The bumps get evened out so it actually gets easier to service debt because there's no false confidence from a randomly good cash-flow quarter.3.)

I met Ben Pridgeon as my randomly assigned agent and he was awesome.The area has a lot of amazing public schools and a few not so amazing ones. 

He takes random days off without notice and can be found biking or fishing when he should be working. 

I will usually experience very little repairs on a property like that unless I suddenly get a lot of turnover or something random happens like someone steals an HVAC unit or there's a fire.

I have a random question that I just thought out, and I can't seem to find the answer yet. 

Don't just look for random people. 

I don't get how anyone could make money flipping when you have to pay another ~10% of random taxes to Philly...on top of state and federal.
