As Title says I am exploring STR options in 30041 zip code and also looking for interested/experienced manager.Any help on what it means to have STR in Forsyth County, Georgia and any current STR OWNERs  feedback is appreciatedeagerly exploring opportunities in Mid and short Terms rentals and willing to pay fee for managers and facilitators.

Additionaly in our martket municpal fees for permits have also more then doubled

Just to clarify, when I talk about the $3,500/month gross income, that total includes both nightly fees and the cleaning fee, so we've got to take out the 13% for cleaning.

So, the first question they usually ask a PMC is about fees - instead of asking about services and HOW those services are executed.EXAMPLE: PMC states they will handle tenant screening – what does that specifically mean?
