Hi Steve Vaughan, I changed my mind due to a promotion at work which required me to relocate.

It's kept separate from our management and carried interest/ promote, legally and from an accounting standpoint.  

Then 3 years later had a job promotion in new location and again got a loan on a new house and then had 2 rentals (one paid off.
