Hi everyone.We are in the process of purchasing a relatively move-in ready three family in Massachusetts.

I've found the transition from what we've been doing for a long time to the next or alternate chapter to be a longer and more fluid process than 'in a few years I'm going to do x all at once and go in direction y'.    

Am I missing anything, or do you have a different process for this?

The only thing you see here is AirBnB, that defeats the whole process of investing.

I also use a score sheet as part of my screening process and if you are late then you loose a point. 

I have had 11 tenants placed in 2017. 1 went through entire eviction process, 1 left on August 15th, 2017 without paying august rent.
