There are ethical and practical considerations.As a practical matter, unless the 35% partner never sees the closing documents, he will know about the hard money loan because it will be financed at close (presumably used as part of the acquisition funding) and will show on the HUD.

I kinda get a kick out of seeing all the little people defending the extreme wealthy, as if they truly believe they have a chance to join their country club....just funny....I'm certainly for making big money, having a great life, but that's not the agenda any longer, it's all about money and power, which are practically the same.
