Hello @Roberto RohannI appreciate the post as I am a native Westchester County resident with my office based in Yonkers so I know the City and surrounding areas well.

After reading some of these post from what seems to be more experienced investors, I will fall back from giving them money right now. 

There is also something to be said for the one that interests you more, but only if it's still a good deal.I literally just posted on another thread not to buy something that is cash flow negative.

I'd post a notice on the door on the 28th or 29th stating you are entering on March 1 to do the final walk through post inspection. 

I've seen you post quite a few times now; I recommend listening to the first 300 episodes of the BiggerPockets Podcast and returning to the forums when you have a specific question.

Lots of options but you will want to select a sponsor with a track record and an investment you are comfortable with.Make sure to do lots of due diligence Thanks Chris, yes, I agree there are many options out there and I’m trying to find the best one for my situation, in my original post I asked about the RE syndicate companies, I would love to hear some recommendations from you guys.
