In the lease under the 'Possession and Abandonment' section it states 'If Tenant is absent from the Premises for two(2) successive weeks without notifying Landlord in writing of this absence, Landlord may deem the Premises abandoned unless rent has been paid for the full period of the absence'.

Account Closed I want to know that if I'm going to allow someone to be in possession of my asset that they will pay their bills.

I'm not sure how the courts work in your state, but in my state, I can get a money judgment and possession judgment at the same court hearing.
