My portfolio is all Class A, so the tenants are mostly highly paid professionals.

I am helping my mom manage her portfolio which is mostly intertwined with my own since she has capital but no borrowing power and I have no capital but have borrowing power.

And his company would be the registered agent (and file all associated paper work each year for $200 per state) Also do I need to have one house in our portfolio per LLC?
