New laws just make proper screening so much more important.

Hi everyone, So I just purchased 2 properties and it is part of a portfolio loan.

I’m a new investor and an agent, so I’d love to have an idea of how I can be a better agent and how to reverse engineer it when needed.  

I am a coffee drinker however I prefer my own coffee (never can get the right mix of creamer and sugar) so I am not sure where you would like to meet to talk .

So it really depends on your goals.  

More than likely its a 3 year or 5 year prepayment penalty - So you cannot sell it or refinance for 3-5 years. 

So I looked else where, and decided that of state was more affordable.

If that is not agreed to in the listing contract AND been disclosed to other agents, then they can not do so legally.
