So I would suggest getting involved with local real estate Meetup groups and real estate clubs for networking, maybe obtain a real estate license in your area and keep using Bigger Pockets for resources.

They may be fine now, but in the summer the heat gets through the first layer of shingles and the second layer will eventually curl, causing flat pockets of water to form that will eventually leak down through and destroy the sheathing and the rafters/drywall underneath.

Yesterday, a house even closer to mine but at only 5,004 sq ft listed for $1,700,000.  2 of those three homes are on my street (the most prominent/prestigious street in my city) and the other was on a side street just off from it.
