Hi @Avi Levi, the most important point is researching both markets using the real estate platforms out there and talking with separate individuals.

We are always looking for good help at NestEgg a property management platform which is based out of Chicago.

On this platform I am able to search any town, neighborhood or address and it will give me a map of all the houses nearby.

Does anyone in the Tulsa, OK area have experience with this platform that could give me a quick tutorial or provide guidance?

Many of them are on this platform.

But we don't want this to be a platform for which to sell our products/services.We would like to have 50 people in the meet up by the end of 2020.

Charges stemming from usage after the sale can likely be contested in court or paid by a nice buyer but I don’t think the water company is going to want to hear someone’s “but I sold it X months ago, charge the new owner” story.
