I personally am in industrial, but Chicago is a 1.2 billion SF industrial market.

Sharkbite did release a new reinforced press on fitting but I don't yet trust it enough to use one behind a wall.Plumbers in my area also prefer plastic fittings over brass due to hard water although I have yet to see a brass fitting fail locally.

I am looking for light value-add Class B small multifamily 2-4 units in Houston TX, preferably Friendswood, Webster, Pearland, League City or nearby areas that can be positioned as Mid Term or Short Term Rental.  

A VA can definitely help you with these tasks, I prefer folks out of Mexico and Latin America as they have native English and have the best hustle/sales skills, they usually go for $5-$7 dollars/hr for skilled cold callers.

@Dave Kush  I personally invest in higher end stuff on the Northside of the city so there is less distressed to choose from, but the payoffs are bigger when they hit.

I just prefer to have them all rolled up in one as it easier to maintain.
