I'm curious if anyone here can share their personal story about successes or failures with whole life insurance?

We were looking at it to be their Oregon brokerage but I was not comfortable letting my agents sell it.. as I felt high probability of failure.

In Florida foreclosures takes so long & students have posted their failures in using his system to get foreclosures in Florida.

First off it's nice to hear someone admit their failure. 

The Rust Belt, the sunshine, the global economy, the evolution of high tech in a low-tech place, the highways to the suburbs, high taxes, our conservative bankers, stifling politics, recalcitrant unions, the difference between the thinking in blue-collar bars and East Side country clubs, the failure of urban renewal, the disaster of school busing...

maybe in the NPN space.. but in the performing space if the investor is lined up with a very experienced company.. failure rate these days is less than 5%  but there still is failures..

Because I have no idea, track record, successes/failures to fall back on, etc.

I see this absolutely plaguing the industry and I think it's why there is such a high failure rate especially amongst beginners.
