I see he sells resources and different programs, so I just want to know if he is legit, because he is also calling himself "the financial freedom coach" which sounds a bit weird to meI enrolled in his course named Tax Express hoping to gain valuable insights and knowledge about taxes which will outsmart the IRS as he claimed.

Its almost a normal course of business for them sadly.

Rental per room will be always more profitable than as a whole, depending on the market of course (rural vs urban) check local listings for comps.

Inflation being what it is, that's probably $500 now, and of course that will clog the toilet, which means you'll have to call a plumber and pay him $300 to clear the line for you...
