One is GA which i am working with an agent to find a property. 

We have 70k which was enough for intial loan it was 5% down but lm not so sure with the land only because deposit is that.Intial loan we made no paymts until it was done, this one we have pymts right away and will need to now save for septic, water hookup.We thought we could make apt after utilities are in, in the garage for now and at a later time get a manufactured home.We both arent sure what to do. 

We have one in the Burlington area. 

One roommate has potential to rent out whole house with her family in a couple of months.

And number one I never said anything about getting a great deal or finding great deals for anybody I simply shared the cash I get and if anybody is interested now and what’s the best way to go about it I’m not nothing not trying to bait and switch get paid, etc..

Just getting rid of a lot of the agents who are one-foot out of the door any way or those who were getting by doing the minimum.

Situation: I own one property that is currently rented until April 2025 in a different school district.

That is a very general question and each area has its own market conditions so what works well in one area may not in another.

I think the last one I did I was around $1500 or something and took 4-6 months to complete.

I think a separation based on real estate market characteristics is more useful than a geographical one.
