We do have a metal roof, which is one thing to consider because there is no attic space the roof can't radiate that heat into the attic and then allow it to vent so the exterior roof temperature tends to be something like 15-25 degrees higher than a roof on a normal attic.

Westgate is a great pocket in that area, unfortunately, everything surrounding it tends to drift away very quickly.

When things drop, they tend to tank.

So since credit card debt tends to run on the high side (which I consider to be 8% or higher), I would live on rice and beans and pay all of that debt off as quickly as I can or it will suck out any potential for investments.
