I have been searching online and calling numerous companies only to get No answer or told that they only market their own homes or the last scenario is a company named Coorporate Housing By Owner that makes extraordinary claims toward keeping the home rented and generating a nice monthly income between $5,500-$6,500 per month, however this companies reviews are mostly all negative.Any knowlege that you can share would be greatly appreciated.

Can rent rooms in OO unit to improve cash flow/ROI.There are also numerous books on syndication, but I would be reluctant to invest with a syndicator that did not have any investment in the deal.
