You got some pretty nice investments and got them for really low prices!

A family in this area that requires that many bedrooms may spell trouble with a bunch of out of control kids or several family members who sit around with no job and plenty of weed.Note a 7 bedroom house in a nice neighborhood but with only 1-2 bathrooms is 'functionally obsolete' and will be a hard sell as well.

The problem is I typed a nice detailed e-mail trying to do a basic needs analysis but all he responded with was 10%.

Despite being a very nice guy I got the feeling he was looking down his nose a bit at me and my naiveté.This news took the wind out of my sails a bit.

Plus, in both cases I was coming to the end of my rehab/make ready and didn't have enough free time left to do them myself so it was nice just being able to call a guy I was already familiar with and let him take care of the measuring, ordering, and install.
