What kind of tenant mix are you expecting?

AdWords is great and fast, especially if you are a bit tech savvy/willing to learn.Just set your budget low enough to be comfortable and you'll do fine. :-) 

I took a sales at a tech consulting agency and so here we are!

For every million dollar sale there were probably 10 people that offered similar but didn't look as solid to close.If the tech demand softens there are media/biotech/tourism/financial/Korean etc. people waiting in the wings.  

Personally I would love to get this issue resolved without getting tech support involved, since it seems it's a very straight forward thing to solve, but I can't seem to figure it out.

. :)Account Closed Thanks for the input Joey, I have mixed feelings on it too. :)  I've actually learned quite a bit since I put this property under contract, and knowing what I know now I probably wouldn't purchase this property again, but at this point assuming all goes well with inspections and appraisals, I think I'll see this one through and use it as an income-producing education lesson.

Is there any way and should get an LLC mixed in the equation of every thing you mentioned?
