I remember reading that one of the units could be commercial space as long as it is less than 50% of the building, but I cannot find any info about this on the cmhc site.Am I remembering this correctly?

I am the owner of one apt in that condo...I ll try to access the info based on your feedbackAnyhow, I have learned my lesson and plan on staying away from buying apt/house part of an association!

I signed up for this course to get some basic info on real estate investing some time ago, but subsequently discovered BP and read other people’s review of this course.

Could my realtor have access to that type of info?

I appreciate the extra info, especially regarding brokerages and creative financing. 

The only info I can find is about the meeting from last month.

This is important since you don't want your name, or any other info, attached to this when you transfer ownership.Not clear at all on what you are asking about "in case of default".If you have any questions just PM me direct.

But maybe I am not getting the best info on that.
