If you do self hosted, typically you will go to either the free repo (http://wordpress.org/themes/)  or to a commercial marketplace (http://themeforest.net/category/wordpress or https://creativemarket.com/themes/wordpress) and pick a visual layout you like.

The one that was toughest to me was @Chris Da telling of the house where all of the INTERIOR walls were concrete - that would be a challenge to detect in advance unless you actually tried to do something to a wall.

Just follow @Engelo Rumora and @Natali Morris on what they have been doing and seeing in that market place.

I absolutely see race issues in the market place, but most lenders are not meeting their clients in person. 

Even the  Marketplace is an untapped area for promoting Commercial properties.Investors on here are hungry for knowledge, so anything you can provide will surely be followed and consumed by a large audience.

I am in Springfield and by far what has worked better for me and my clients it is been facebook marketplace.
