With things like finding a wholesaler/investor friendly attorney/title company, finding all of the legal docs, creating a power team, LLC, etc thank you in advance and hope to here from someone soon!

I've heard that doing asignment contracts for wholesaling have started to die down as far as the legality questions and bad rep some people give it, but maybe that's just coming from the skeptics! 

Does anyone know the legal way to get tenants out in California?

I'm also in the process of getting my real estate licenses online. so I kinda have and idea of what I want just need some help getting there. 

I've seen a lot of people start out buying and selling properties in their personal name, and after they've done a few deals and proven the business model to themselves, THEN they form an LLC (note: this is not legal advice - just an example of what I've seen some people do).

If you are not the legal owner on record, you should refrain from marketing home not yours yet. 

I will google brid dogging and see if that is legal in CT.

@Mark Ainley If its under 6ft and not masonry anyone with a GC license can pull an easy permit online (assuming the property is not owner-occupied, otherwise the owner can do so).

@David S.The best way to is to constantly network with brokers and search through listings online.
