If you live near a larger metro area is there a Redevelopment Agency that the city has set up?

When going with a larger company like that the quality of your experience will be limited to the quality of the sales rep assigned to your case and won't have anything to do with the quality of the company as a whole. 

Hi, I am looking to purchase a cashflowing 2-4 unit duplex/quadplex that needs some renovation that will be owner occupied possibly using a FHA 203k loan.

If you have the room for a larger space, add, a small basket full of rolled up hand towels, neatly packaged decorative soap, and some bathrooms in the closet, giving your bathroom a more resort like feel.How do you stage to help flip your places faster?

I wanted to redo the kitchen (break down one of the dry walls if the building permits it and new cabinets) and also thinking about renovating the two small bathrooms as well.

I would recommend you look into either SFR's or quads or larger. 

We're gearing up to purchase a multi-family property in the NYC/Jersey City area (ideally foreclosure) within the next 1-3 months in need of renovations/under market value. 

@Mike Sands You can absolutely do a cash out refinance and use the proceeds to renovate the property.  

Some of the views and the larger lots in Magnolia were nice, but I understand Magnolia Bridge is not long for this world.
