I'm a single mom, working a full time job and side hustling as a photographer (real estate and portraits) and I'm really motivated but I don't have time or money to get steered in the wrong direction.

I am a local real estate agent with no money no credit and I work at a 9-5 job part time.

Job and population growths. some new builds A type buildings that were over price will reduce in value the most.

A couple that has applied - boyfriend has a good job, good credit, good rental history and no criminal background - an ideal candidate.

I have a full time job of 4 years and I make about 50k a year, I have 25k to put down. 

I now work full time and have a good job with a great company, but I want more and I've always had the dream to work for myself and build a legacy to pass down to my  kids.   

I am fortunate enough to have a decent paying job and at the moment I am putting money away to launch my investing career full on.

I've had a few people out to look at it but I can't seem to get anyone to quote the job.

Unfortunately, they quit their jobs and escaped the garnishment, and the local sheriff is not helpful when it comes to chasing these types of things as its considered "small potatoes". 

I get calls all the time even while I'm typing this post for rooms for rent.  50k would do the job completely.
