Taking free advice off the internet, not the best way to go.

Josh, you're just an enabler to internet addicts.....LOL, good thing too as I think it really makes a positive contribution to the industry.  

I have faith in them and believe that they will solidify our Internet presence in about 6 months.

It is no longer a destination solely built on casino gambling. 

I have read about 90% of the blogs and articles as well as read Rich Dad, Poor Dad as well as ABCs of real estate, and almost ALL the information I can find on the internet.

You can get the education you need by networking, learning from Bigger Pockets, learning from folks at your local REI group, reading good books, finding good information on the internet and attending workshops/conferences.

From 2007 till about 2010 worked quite well, but when browsers like internet explorer and safari update versions and tweak their code, and your system stays the same; it starts to break, more and more bugs, and soon it becomes obsolete.  

In my little bit of research thus far, it is clear that BP is one of the most exhaustive, professional and amicable resources available on the internet.

Good Luck - use the internet you can find everything you need for creating your site. 

I've learned more about business through Warren Buffet, Grant Cardone, the Internet, and BiggerPockets than what I learned almost 2 years in school.
