Why do we need big groups of deal sponsors to run an asset and also need to engage a property management company  to execute a business plan of exterior and interior rehabs to bump rents...

Before I didn't know what I was doing, I didn't have to interior decorate, I didn't have to have my cleaning practices perfect, I didn't have to know how to deal with customers.

There are a lot of ways that could go, none of which is good.I generally send annual interim inspection, interior, pics to keep Owners informed...

There was a great deal of termite damage in addition to the interior being outdated.

Being a brick building this property was a little challenging on some of the interior repairs ( adding high efficiency furnaces and drilling through the brick, wiring, plumbing was a little different and walls needed to be furred out and insulated) Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?
