Although I partially understand the skepticism about your PM possibly trying to scam you, it seems a bit odd to go straight to distrust, if this is your first repair issue.  

It's also not fun trying to sell odds and ends on CL for $20/pop. 

My concern is any odd balls that would throw my DTI out of whack.

If you are 100% occupied, odds are you are charging WAY too little. 

About the only way to move things higher is through inflation. 

Sometimes a wholesaler brings a good deal, but I think odds are higher just searching mls.

Kumar, Anecdotally:  I do not see interest rates going below 2%, inflation is around that level & long term mortgage rates normally move in line with US bond yields; bond yield rates below 2% would lose money, since the yield would be eaten away by inflation and tax liability.  

The price of this one seems too good to be true.  10 weeks is an odd amount. 

They simply want to grow wealth passively with no headache and outpace inflation by a factor of 2 or greater.If you are accredited then many syndicators will look at accepting those types of investors for their projects.

With the line in question being a strange easement that was established in the 40’s it makes it odd for us.
