I looked an one very suburban apartment complex where the garages were all in horrible repair.

Also, the employees for the city of Detroit were horrible to work with.

As far as collapses go, this one is doing a horrible job of it.

Something I would never do it again we were completely horrible and really just takes a certain person to be work that side of the business.

I have had some horrible and some outstanding section 8 rentals just like in my retail rentals.

Most investors chalk it up to "A cost of business" and that is horrible because there is so much lost in the Property Management Business.
