Some walls are stucco so need patching where has came off, flooring put down in addition (still plywood on floor), etc.Thanks for reading my long story!

An elevation certificate (EC) is used to determine the lowest living level (floor) of a structure for the underwriter.

I've been trying to beautify the space, add a bathroom, flooring and paint.  

We have had the interior of those areas completely gutted (floors, walls, ceilings) and are waiting to start repairs.

I do have doubt regarding how the building next door is literally touching my building on one side and due to that for both 1st and 2nd floor units one of the bedrooms doesn't have any windows.

Therefore, the units will most likely have significant deferred maintenance - from the parking lots, to flooring, to the galvanized pipes.

I am willing to run open houses on the weekends but not sure how I would fit any floor time into my schedule as it is now.

Ground is 1900 sq ft, 2 levels (garden and ground floor) - 4br, 3ba.  

The entire floor in the kitchen is rotted away do to the roof being in such bad shape it leaked causing the floor joist and sub-flooring below to totally disappear, this is also common in 2 other areas of the house.

Has anyone dealt with a property with sloping floors before?
