I was slaving away working 12 hour swing shifts dreaming of a day I could escape the rat race so I could spend more time with my wife and kids.

The private waterfront, proximity to a tourist Bavarian village, 15 mins to 2 lakes and a golf course, and 35 mins to a ski resort makes it a pretty prime location.

I n my area you cant swing a dead cat without hitting 5 or 6 lawn trucks .

Alarming to me is the swings are becoming larger and occurring more frequently.

Just a numbers check to see if I had the swing of things.

you know, i heard a good story before from an investor at a club. he buys mobile home parks and i had no idea how much of a cash cow they were. he said he was trying to buy some units in the park to do what you were saying, he also owns a couple parks so he understands how the process works of buying one.the manager was a hard core jerk and wouldnt let him buy one to do what he was doing. so he asked for his manager and he claimed " i am the manager". so he tried to talk it over a couple times and just couldnt swing this guy but it was a good park. so he pulled up the tax records and the actual owners name was there not a company name. he wrote the guy a letter and recieved a call back.

Pros of having a 55+ MHP: Curb appeal - seniors keep their yards like mini golf courses.

I'd 'swing by' their current residence, 'since I was in the area anyway' and see how the place looked.
