My question has always been, where do you get the furnishings to do the staging?

Facebook marketplace, hole in the wall furniture stores, and Hobby Lobby were mostly responsible for the furnishings. 

I would put that money towards rehabbing and furnishing well. 

Also, furnished finder and some sites that cater to "travel" health care staff.

All in: lot, build and furnishing it was about $285 sqft.
