thanks James, in analyzing regional data, Louisville continues to show a strong local economy, with a decent trend in the growing rental market, lower median home prices and values, good reasons to make it appealing to us since we are looking to expand our portfolios, providing more affordability to enter into this market ... besides, good friends live in this city ... our visit will make it a business expense :)

I would also avoid the 30 night minimum jurisdictions completely because you can be close by and have STR friendly jurisdictions that will allow you a higher rate and more flexibility.I will send you a DM, best of luck!

Later I went to a ustla seminar just to check it out . told friend who bought into it he buys all the stuff lol, he let me go with him to 3 day training.They really didn't do anything different than what learned for $100 I spent with other company.
