I am looking to buy a Foreclosure on the county auction site in Florida. 

Although they may not use the score in making their decision, I was specifically told by a commercial lender officer that they need to check you're not in bankruptcy or have recent foreclosures or tax liens, or a history of settling debts for less than the amount owed.I do have a few commercial loans and they can have more flexibility on credit issues vs conventional - depending of course on the asset they're loaning on, rental incomes, type of credit issue etc.Hope that helps.

Look for groups related to debt, foreclosure, loan servicers, asset disposition, etc.I do not think you'll find National Assiciation of Hedge Funds but you might might Asset Managers and legal groups

We work on foreclosures, so we get reimbursed by HUD for the rental.

It's a foreclosure, and the bank did all this work.

Foreclosure, including the notices, is best left to the attorneys IMO. 

It took some work after my foreclosure, but it can certainly be done.
