, at least use a whitewash or a lime wash that is meant for brick and still allows the walls to breath naturally as intended, so the brick won’t start to crumble and the paint peel in short order like it will if you cover it in latex paint.

It took a big investment to get the house licensed since we bought a run-down home and then converted it into an RCFE so I would love someone to actually make use of the home for what it was meant to be.If no one would like to lease the home as an RCFE I will rent it out as a house. 

You'll know within a year or two if it's meant for you and if you're ready to break out on your own.

It's zone as Open Space District, meant to be residential or farm related. 

If you meant investment loan, then I would say that is competitive.

@Evan Polaski, I had a misuse of words there, by secure I meant we had chosen a property and ran numbers on our end, still learning the proper lingo.

I meant that I went under contract last week, not close.
