finally sold last year .. bought a nice little 20 unit in PDX and a Condo in Maui  !!!

Finally how can I return the favor to them for the help they provide for me beside referral listing?

I am based in Lafayette, LA and initially want to start as a wholesaler to learn the art of finding/making deals, while building up a war chest, them moving into flipping and finally holding property for the rental income.

I finally got my broker's license in 1990.

Now I'm making my final preparations to fully commit and make the big plunge.This is the next step in that process.

I've been stalking this forum for quite sometime and finally set up an account.

I feel like there is finally light at the end of the tunnel  and my family is on their way to getting daddy back.

Seller had called me and received authority to sell, but has no idea if its full or limited.. she is picking up the LETTER TESTMENTARY tomorrow to see the final decision she will have to make...
