New to wholesaling and since I don't know anyone in this field I joined a JV wholesaling group.

We are pretty far along in the planning on this though we have not broken ground.Meanwhile, I came across an entire private school campus, complete with football field and gymnasium, that is for sale for $1.1 million. 

What books/podcasts do you recommend as I try and learn as much as possible about how to be successful in the field once I get my license.As some background on myself: I live in Chicago and I am currently looking for my first investment property.

Of course I am not asking for free lunch, and I don't mind giving some profit to whom that introduce me into the field.
