It ebbs and flows a lot with regards to traffic but from my experience the FTHB's have a more consistent stream year round, hence why I really leaned into them.

House has a couple oddities...upstairs bathroom barely 6 feet 6 inches height.

We're ready to jump in with both feet and are trying to be as wise as we can in the process.

Africa will be our hands and feet on the ground, managing our contractor teams on a weekly/daily base.

As for our fifth wheel, it also has five slide outs and we LOVE it and is 38 feet, 6 inches!

I have just one house that doesn't have central heat and air and it's our smallest one; under 1000 square feet.
