I agree Steve, I actually have to wait to cross Eastmont now since the north end extension went in a few years ago. 

With tenant time extensions through the court he is looking at losing minimum 4 months rent, probably 6 or more, by the time this is all over.

I had couple family members buy from these auctions and they didn’t have any issues with titles etc.But obviously you have to be aware and do your research extensively to not end up with a lemon property ( trust me there are plenty).

I let him know that I have a number of investor partners who I would like to show this deal to and select one who would partner with me.

I think you have good criteria selected so far.

With really nice units in Ohio or Michigan, they may select from a huge number of applicants.

(when Most people fail doing it).You need to look at the select few that don;t just talk a good talk.

New wholesaler here and my question is how does one select the neighborhood to drive in when driving for dollars.
